The Light Brigade Photographed in 1854.

Just days before the famous "Charge of The Light Brigade" in the Crimea War against Russia; this hand coloured photograph shows three members of the Brigade excising their horses and dog. In the background there is a vast orderly tented encampment stretching into the distance, it is not known whether any of these men survived the charge.
